Spanish cob?

Hi folks. I'm brand new to metal detecting and I've found what looks to me to be a Spanish cob but from all the looking I've done I can not find a picture of one that matches the markings on the one I found. But from what I've read on treasureNet if anyone can tell me if its real and the history behind it....it's you guys! Thanks in advance for your help!

It's a Mexican cob; a 1/2 real.
