The way that one broke is really odd. Makes me wonder if it may be a piece of a counterfeit?
Nice Chris!
Got a spot that is producing pretty good, right next to the runway, when are you available??
All weekend. I work next week, then I have a week off. I'll be looking to detect pretty much all week since my surgery will be the following week and I won't be swinging for a while.
Looks to be counterfeit in the pics. Never seen a silver coin break like that. That's not cut, it's a piece that broke off the coin, probably from a plow strike or just disintegration-- the rest should be around the area. The side pic doesn't look like silver to me either. A nice find either way!
Eric,2300 acres of fields from 1654,plow strike,I'd say YES,I did scan the area well, guess I'll have to wait till the next plow, maybe be brought closer to the surface with a new load of goodies too!
