Spay your pets please!

so for about the 100th time someone dropped off a dog they didn't want!! this one was young, trainable, (with time,) & full of love. BUT she tried to kill my cats, chased the horses till they were lathered & tore up a horse blanket. so she is further down the road. I can't handle another stray! I am furious! I can't afford the vet bills for another one. what makes people think they have the right to throw away a pet? ARGGHHH! I think I'm gonna go watch duck dynasty, maybe that'll make me feel better!
