Looks like a halberd to me. Found in the sea? Looks kinda shined up

It's a bit odd that it's made out of brass, I thought halberds were more from the age of steel. It could be decorative.

No pikes or halberds made from brass. Either a decorative flag pole topper or maybe from a fraternal organization or theater prop. I don't think it is worth much money.
