Decided to post a pic of 6 different specimens from my collection of 23 pieces, all found in Gold Basin, AZ, by me, Oct./Nov. 0f 2011.Top row and bottom centre and right were found in GB, the bottom left however is different, it's the whole stone I recovered here in Mi. The bottom right specimen, even though it was found in Gold Basin, it is NOT a classified GB-L4, common chondrite. After sanding a window on the flattest side of this small (3.5gm.) whole stone, and then just with a 10x visual magnification, I've determined it to be, most likely, an unclassified H-class, chondrite. Very different from the L-4's that are very well know and abundant, (1000's have been recovered since their discovery in 95). Bottom left, is my, Mi. found, 7.6gm., whole stone, classified, H-5, Impact melt, Enstatite, chondrite. I just figured some of you folks might enjoi these......RH
