These were passed on to me from my father. I would like to know what era they are from if anyone can tell me?

Probably have several uses, I have some that size that are from small rail they run ore carts out of a deep mines pulled by donkeys. 1800s - early 1900s

You have two rail road spikes for nailing rails to ties, and you have two square nails, which appear to me to be cut nails which would date them sometime in the late 1800's into the early 1900's.
