My boy and I went out and got cooled off yesterday and found some modern junk, a wheatie and this.
The internet hasn’t been a great resource on information, but this thing leads me to believe it could be old. It’s family owned, so it sure has some sentimental value. That’s exactly what I was after, so it was a major win to me. Anytime I can get my nine year old off Fortnite, it’s a good day.:laughing7:

Looks like an old 2 piece sportsman button. I don’t recognize that exact design or maker, but I would guess mid to late 1800’s. Congrats

Great find zi never knew how collectible buttons are. That's a nice relic
