Made it out a couple times over the weekend to some 1800’s map dots in the woods. Definitely in full jungle mode now.

I think this is a hut from the oil boom in the early 1900’s.

Some sightseeing.
First find was the best find. Must not have been circulated long as my typical Barber is very worn.

20’ away on the same ridge, 2 more well preserved coins.

Next cool find was a scratchy signal but repeatable and “round”.

Found a couple flat buttons, one with no back markings and this little cuff button with Double Gilt.

Always like finding these suspender clasps, they sound like a silver quarter on my machine.

Wow......VERY rare to see full Liberty on a Barber anything! That baby was dropped early! Nice finds. Congrats

You had one heck of a weekend. The silver and the Indians are in great shape. Congrats

Thx John! I heard you found a bunch of silvers this weekend. I’m waiting for your post to put me to shame...

Nice looking coins Thad, especially the Barber dime :icon_thumleft:

Lol, I've been doing more youtube uploads than anything. Takes up lots of time on the editing side of things but it sure is addictive.

That is THE nicest Barber I've ever seen dug. 😱 Great work!!! 🙌

Looks like that Barber was made yesterday. Is the image on the Barber supposed to be a woman or a man? Teddy Roosevelt came along an hated it. He fired Barber as the head of the mint and had Augustus St. Gaudens hired and new coins were designed. Gary

Outstanding hunt that Barber is sweet damn nice detail full liberty in the head band too Congrats...:occasion14:

Congrats on some very nice relics, and an outstanding Barber dime.

VERY nice haul -- sometimes wished I lived in the NE. Seems like you guys find lots of 'honey holes.' Good on ya!

Very nice coins ! I thought you had the 1903 -S Barber - serious key date $$$

That's probably the nicest barber Dime I've ever seen dug, wow.

Great hunt and finds esp. like the dime !

Bet that barber would grade at the very least at AU-50...maybe MS-60.

Excellent finds,
Love the Barber and those IHP's are in great shape too.
Congratulations
