St Cloud Fl Question

I live in st sclou and am wondering if anyone has any oldmaps of the town. I went to the st cloud historical museum but they didnt have any maps to speak of. Im not much for doing the new beach junk stuff/I mainly like old sites. I hear that there was a civil war R&R camp there at one time. Thanks..Dan

Try making a trip to the down town Orange County library.
They have a room there called the Florida Room, dedicated to all things Florida.
Everything from magazines to novels to more importantly for you Drawers and drawers of old maps.
I remember seeing Civil war and Seminole war maps there showing the old trails and forts that have become our highways and cities.
I highly recommend you check it out.
Call first as it has been quite a while since I was there and you never know when they might have changed things around.
