Stacked coins? edit: bazinga

Was at an old park, here's the "in-situ" coins. I hope they're coins. Bigger than pennies, smaller than quarters and nickles it appears. Might be little construction disc things. Gonna clean em now. Stay tuned!

Years ago I dug a roll of dimes that the paper was rotted away from the stack.

They were all 1966's and 67's so close

I had a similar experience and they were shallow modern Memorials laced with the dreaded ZINC!
