Stamped part w/ rivets / eyelet center hole

Found these separately in my travels around CT. Thin sheet metal stampings and has 2 rivets (approx. 1.30" apart) that stand off from the flat side. There is an eyelet in one of them and looks like the other had one as well. At first glace they look like the end plate of an old bike pedal, but they are way too narrow for adults... They would have had thru bolts to the other side of the pedal anyhow. One has a PAT OCT, 27, XX … theres a dent there and its not readable now. Any takers?

Maybe a bracket to an old window shade

I think it had a bronze bushing inside the pc
You part is just to attach it to something. Thanks for posting, very cool, marion





it may have had bronze bushing in side

Although this one is a fair bit larger, it may have been used in a similar fashion to this bail handle swivel:
