I went back to the place where I got my gold coin a few months ago. I spent about 5 hours trying to sniff out something good and it paid off. The first find was a 1916 penny followed by the Rosie. Later I found another penny dated 1917 followed by a silver disk that I couldn’t read but turned out to be my second seated dime 1872. The last good signal was the standing liberty with no date which was laying on the top but blended with the sorroundings. This is my second best coin hunting day so far. I have hunted there a few other times but I usually end up with one keeper so I never bothered posting. I don’t hunt this place too often because it has been pounded a lot and the amount of signals is just so overwhelming that makes you want to pull your hair out
I cleaned the coins since I couldn’t read the dates. The seated was in horrible and took forever to clean. Both of my seated dimes are quite toasted and this one is in way better shape. Thanks for reading and happy hunting.
It finally let me post more pictures.
