Been there too! Oaklawn is one of the old time race tracks that still has the atmosphere of the 1920s and 30s. My favorite place to go to the races. Hot Springs was once the Mafia Mecca of the midwest and lots of liquor and gambling and girls filled the illegal casinos in the big hotels. Monty
