Sterling ESPO.....

Had literally 1 hour to dig before my Father's Day steak on the grill...Found this little ring along with usual find's,Not much in an hour.Question is what does the ESPO stand for?It say's Sterling Espo with a "D" on the face ....#18 so far this Year.....Thank's

It sorta looks like ESPD, there is a maker of sterling silver with those initials from the 60's and 70's (maybe earlier but not sure)
