Sterling ring - help with hallmark identification

Found this ring the other day at a campground, and I'm trying to determine if it is associated with Boy Scouts - maybe the Order of the Arrow, as it has an arrow on either side of the ring. The hallmark also has an arrow holding a sign with a triangle on it.

doesn;t look like anything I see in the Scouts but possibly some kind of company mint mark.
