Hi everyone!! I got out this afternoon to the pounded park where I found the 1919d merc on Wednesday. Met up with Pocket Spill, and we both agreed the best approach would be to hunt nickels (we've been hitting this spot ferociously for the last 2-3 years and the pickins are gettin' mighty slim).
Today's totals: sterling ring, junk ring, 3 wheats ('30d, '45d, '56), and $1.79 in clad (not pictured; includes a whopping 15 Jefferson nickels
). Looks like we now face the challenge of finding a new spot to produce lots of goodies...
