Sterling score, need help on ID

Went to a church sale at 11:45 today and saw this sitting there. The creamer and sugar are both weighted and different brand than the teapot. The teapot is a little over 19 ounces sterling!! Not bad for $2 total. Can someone help me with ID on the teapot? Thanks in advance. This is my best score yet!

Not any markings I can instantly recognize, but I do like that word "sterling". Nice looking vintage piece of silver. Great score.

Ok, I finally found it. Durham Silver Co.

And another correction, my scales at home top out at a pound so it was kind of guesswork on the 19 ounces. Brought it to work today on our infant scales and it is actually 27 ounces!
