Found this last night at a 1900's brick building. Wierd that it happened to be the night before St Patricks Day! Too wierd......Any information?

Found this one on "ioffer.com"....but there was virtually no information other than it was from 1899.

I would appreciate any information you might be able to provide.

It could be a 4H pin and the letters are for the area that they are in.
Just a guess.

Boomdeyada~ Thanks for the info. I actually thought about 4H, but wasn't sure if early pins had something other than the four H's on them. I suppose that is possible. Thanks.
