✅ SOLVED Sterling silver charm possibly or pendant

My husband and I searched a construction site we thought would have potential for Civil War relics(zilch) he dug this sterling silver charm or pendant but we can't figure out what this organization was. It says on the front in old script Douglas White Pist No.5 and on the back it says 100 % maybe or 100 co Membership Club.

I don't know exactly what it is for but I did find a reference to Douglas White being the Post Commander for the Nashville American Legion circa 1938.

I found a website for that organization which says they are "Post 5".
