Sterling silver flask - age help

Found this in a lot in Phoenix. All smashed in ,looks older, has someone's initials etched in it. Marked Sterling .925. Weighs 4.4 oz
Any way to approximately date it?

1907 or after,when the stamping act was passed in 1906.My guess is prohibition era.It wasnt against the law to drink,booze just couldnt be bought,sold,made,transported etc.
