stigmaria fossils ??? First time poster

I asked a member about helping me ID some fossils and he pointed me this direction. I usually post in Native American artifacts. Lot of information on TNET that I never realized was here............. Anyway , I had these two pieces given to me years ago by someone I was doing some work for. I always assumed they were petrified cactus and did a little research this morning and changed my mind. Have no idea where he got them but I read that they are not rare. Are they indeed stigmaria fossils ? And where are they usually found? ........... I know they are heavy enough to be used to hold down a lid on a ball python aquarium .

They are. They are indeed Carboniferous tree internal casts.
