What can I say... When you are competing with "Three Seated Halfs" or "Chain Cents"........ in the land of pounded out parks....I have to just ENJOY every minute that I get to detect! Anything I find is just icing on the cake... even though that darn cake gets dry or crumbly all too often.

So, I had a few hours Friday morning....in between Freezing Rain and gusty winds at 8000 ft...and I still walked away with a 1948 quarter that I zinged the back of...sorry too ashamed to show you. (Pinpointing the EX II can be an adventure) I did dig three wheats from the same hole and another one of those pesky colorado tax tokens... and a MYSER....YES, I am a MISER....but what the heck is a MYSER Dollar??? :icon_study: :tard: ??? BEATS ME what this thing is....but it is a Large Copper, so I will take it! Cold and Miserable still better than a good day at work!
I ended up getting rained out....but shall return to finish. I shall keep hunting until the snow falls!
Happy Hunting

That's a cool stamped token, anything on the reverse?

that 1948 silver quarter is a beautifull coin!

Sweet finds. Love the big silver and token
