Still no period finds at 1700s schoolhouse site

Here are my finds so far from about 3 to 4 hours of hunting at a 1700s schoolhouse site. Alot of modern junk. Oldest fund may be the pin or the oil lamp.

Lipstick from 30s or 40s. Red lipstick still in it ha.

Any idea what the big iron circle is?

Its broken and missing the handle but you could have made perfectly round pancakes in it...... I don't really know what it was but some nice stuff, Congrats!

The land around the foundation is certainly different than 300 years ago. Even within the foundation how deep would the original layer be? I'm thinking a few feet maybe.
