Out on the road for work today and stopped by a couple of parks on my way home. I have been hitting the first park for 3 years now whenever I'm in the area and I am still able to squeeze some wheats and silver out almost every time. I found a 3 penny spill today with 2 old wheats and 1 1941 Canadian cent! First time I have found a spill with both American and Canadian coins. Then I found the 1944 merc a bit later. On to the second park where signals where few and far between. I did manage the 1945 merc which was hitting 32 on the equinox for some reason but only from 2 directions. I almost didnt dig it but I wasn't getting much iron sound when I went all metal so I dug it up. I was pleasantly surprised to see that silver rim! Thanks for looking! congrats on the saves. Silver sure makes me smile, pulled a 1946 and a 47 rosie out of an old building site in northern mn this past week.

Love those Mercs, Congrats! The wheats are great too!

Great saves! A lesson in always digging the inconclusive signals.

Dig everything! I love it when ol mercury pops out. This was a beautiful coin era SLQs and Lady mercury Beats the heck out of the Barber dime quarter half. Boooooring

It looks like the Equinox is treating you well, glad to hear!

Nice finds! That's the problem with a lot of new guys. They only dig good signals. I think when your detector gives a good signal then a few bad signals it saw something with the good value so why not dig it? You did and look at what you found.

For Sure Walking Liberty halves, Buffalo Nicks and Peace dollars, best our coinage ever looked in my opinion

SLQs and Mercury are high up in my top 20 Beauties

Nice job on the silver boy it's hard to find in my parks any more lol. Looks like a great hunt love those coins

Congrats on the pretty silver!

Nice looking pair of Mercs.

Nice! All my areas close by are completely hunted out. You know the old fable, "a place is never truly hunted out"... Well, that's until Dennis1209 been there :laughing7:

I love getting to the bottom of a hole...pinpointing...popping out a clod......then seeing a silver rim peeking through. Nice finds.
