Honestly when I first moved to this place 29 years ago, Robin's didn't hang around during the winter, but now they do. Mourning doves, gold Finch and few others still head south for the winter though.
 

Nice pics Grant. How much snow on the ground? Looks to be a pretty good blanket of it.
 

All together maybe 5". I had to shovel the driveway twice, because it quite and I went and cleared it off and then again the next morning because more came down the next morning. Usually it just snows once and moves out and I only need to shovel one time. It's be staying cold though and not melting away.

I talked to a fella on the phone last Friday up in Guernsey Wyoming and he said it was downright bitter cold up there to the point they'll stop running operations in a quarry and instead do some miscellaneous maintenance in a warm toasty shop.
