I wish I could get a closer look at the flat ones. The picture wont let me enlarge them. I was looking for use wear marks as indentations and swirls.

There doesn't seem to be swirls or indents on either side of flat one.

The Inner stones of both seem to have a mild draw to a magnet?

What you have are called concretions. Do a web search, lots of info.
Can be made of many things, some are magnetic.
Some are formed around fossils.

Found a fist sized rock with a smaller rock inside in Arizona. Was told it takes place in rushing rivers or igneous areas. Never really knew, but it happens...
