Stone tools? Willamette Oregon possible finds?

This is my first post. I've always been fascinated on native American history since I found my fest arrowhead when I was 6 when finding a Christmas tree in the oregon city area. Since then I've always been wanting to learn more.
Fast forward to present day, I am disabled now due to chronic back pain from an auto accident and have been looking for something to keep my mind busy and help me get outside. Basically this hunting has turned out to be great physical therapy! Anyways here are a few of what look like stone tools to me but I'm very new. Please be patient with me. I have two different categories I want to post finds from. Tools, then portable rock art, I guess 3 , meteorites.

Portable rock art Faces

Here are two of many different rock art artifacts that I have found in one spot on private land that has known native artifacts.

I looked thru the pics they look like natural wear from Mother Nature to me

I can find rocks like that on any gravel bar on the Willamette, not to mention the farms I worked on as a teen. Sorry, no artifacts in any of your images posted thus far.
