Store change silver quarter - again!
Kinda crazy, I mention that I have not found silver in pocket change in a long time. Then today I find my second silver quarter, in about 2 weeks time, a 1946.
Pay for my gas, and the young lady digs into the till for change. I hear a "clink" that wakes me up from my daydream. The girl says, "hey - this quarter sounds different!", and drops it into her palm a few times...I just shrug and think ok, just hand it over like a good girl, and she does, (wow this action seemed like it was slow motion, and took an eternity.)
I was a decent silver week for me, Wednesday I dug a seated quarter, barber dime, and merc from a small town ballfield site, plus seven IH's. HH all, ffd
