Strange Coutermark on 1859 Fatty Indian...

Hello all... I got a nice fatty Indian Today from a small green south of Boston... Its an 1859 without a shield on the back... but where the 1859 date was... It is stamped 1492... any thoughts ??

wow...ya might just have sumpin there....I have NO idea.1492 was columbus landing...all I got

It must be an 1859 cent that has been counter stamped for the 150th anniversity of the Columbus landing.
