Spent 11hrs out in the mountains, fields, cellar holes... Found a few buttons, musket balls and the usual trash. For some reason I always find Bells, my hunting buddy Nat always finds Spoons.... Weird right? Well I got the usual 2 bells! Then we hit this site... In the middle of town, like really really public. There was a house but it was torn down and it has 2 benches and used as a makeshift park. Well I'm glad we stopped! About half hour into it I pulled this 1802 LC and it was looking great! Once the air got to it it started crusting but I'm still pretty pleased. My buddy dug this weird star medal, or pin of some sort that we can't identify. Any help would be appreciated! Nice finds. One of the more experienced members will surely be able to identify the piece with the swords crossing through the crown.
