Great finds, congratulations. Your figure is a Manoil M170 Flag Bearer, (thin version) first introduced Nov-Dec 1945. Produced for only a limited time, they are more rare than most of that era. They came painted and unpainted. Here is a group of mint soldiers with the M170 Flag Bearer in the background. Cheers, Sub 8-)
