Here are the pictures. First I will describe this odd find. It is silver plated, tarnished, appears to be 40's or even 30's era. It is a pendant with a spring clip on the back. From it hangs two short chains about 5 inches long. On the end of each chain is another clip.

The pendant is a cutout and inside is some kind of stranded material like hair or course wool stuffed inside.

The only stamp is PAT PENDING with no numbers. Any help would be great. I am assuming its some kind of vest decoration for a 3 piece suit. I am trying to find out Aprox age and maker if possible.

Weird. That's all I'm sayin man...lol. It does not open either, its sealed up. The hair is a dirty blond color. It's stuffed in there tight too. Any idea of the era this kind of thing was most popular JewelerGuy?

Looks like a vintage sweater guard clip, but I have no idea about the hairy thing.

Could it be a ladies clip for eyeglasses? Clips on the collar and cheater eyeglasses hook in pendant?

My wife did some more research too. It is a collar clip that clips on the low v of the blouse as well. Here's the kicker. The pendant is whats called a diffuser pendant. What you do is apply aroma therapy oil or even perfume to the pendant which absorbs the oil or perfume and you can smell it while you wear the pendant. The concept has become more popular recently but i am guessing maybe it was a work around to folks that had skin allergies to perfumes back in the day.
