Strange Kennedy halves

Hey guys new to the forum.
I was coin roll hunting the other day and I found a few of these Kennedy halves with numbers stamped in between the T and the Y, I am wondering what these numbers are and if they are rare or sought after.
I also found a Kennedy Half that looks like it has the chicken pox.
