Strange Lid?

Found this lid today. It's pretty thin but I got a real nice signal on it (10 inches or so down) and about 2 1/2" in diameter. I found a King George Copper in the same area at about the same depth. The design on it makes me think of "Lost".

Dosen't look screw to me.. Nice find maybe it was like a jar lid which had a clamp over the top.
