Hit the farm again on Sunday. As usual a lot of shards and a nice striped Rhyolite point and blade. Does anyone know what type of point it is. My guess is a Guildford ??? As always your comments are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance...........Bret

(P.S. the hand is my dad's)

Nice banded Rhyolite, yep a 'Guilford'. Nice finds, you are doing great.
Good luck for next hunt.

Molly.

Bret's dad here. Yes, that's my hand in the picture. Just wanted to say that we are finding all kinds of material on the farm and I am sure were passing over stuff that were not familiar with. They are supposed to plow the fields this week and plant winter wheat right behind. Hopefully we will get a chance to hunt again before the crop is planted. Hunting (rifle) starts on Saturday, so the only day that we will be semi-safe will be Sundays (no "legal" hunting on Sun. in NC).

We tried to take pictures of the farm on 10-9, but the batteries were dead. We would like everyone to see the areas we are find all the shards and materials. Thanks.....Mud

Nice points and what is nicer is that your Dad goes with you. My Pop used to bring in points from the Field often, but we never hunted together.
