Strombecker Lucky Racer token

I found this aluminum token at an old elementary school. Could anyone tell me when it was made? Also, was it given as a premium with Strombecker die-cast cars? Basically, any info at all would be appreciated.

That might have come with a deluxe road racing set back in the late 60's. Just a thought,don't know for sure. Fred

I contacted both of the sellers, and both of them told me that they know absolutely nothing about the tokens. Why would anyone try to sell something on E-bay without having some knowledge of it's value?

Well, I guess I'll just have to keep looking.
