✅ SOLVED Struggling To Identify A Makers Mark On A Gold Ring, Can Anyone Help?

I can see that it is British made, 9 carat gold but I can't identify the makers mark or the assay mark. Any ideas?

The assay mark looks like a set of scales but I can't make out the date stamp at all.
