Some of you have told me you haven't seen me post in awhile. I have but just not in my finds. I confess I haven't done any serious hunting in a long time but nevertheless it still is nearly as much fun to find junque and crappe' as an heirloom. Some of this has been posted before but it shows you the range of junque and crappe' I have been finding. You've seen a coin run over by a train, but a spike? Monty

Nice variety,Monty. You're like me,anything comes out of the ground,I'm happy with. This md stuff is for enjoyment only and maybe just a little excerize.

Nice collection of cars and stuff. Can I ask you if you ever hunt any sites in the country, out of
town sites? You might look into sites in the countryside. Ones that held old one room schools,
old churches or old homes. Ones that aren't there anymore.

Might look at old plat maps from your area, look for plat maps that are old, say the 1860's,
that show old locations. These are a gold mine for hunt sites. Many, Many old items are
found from these sites. Find, them, get permission to hunt them and let me know what you
find.

Neat looking marbles Monty! -not that I know anything about 'em. :P

I love your collection there Monty! All kinds of fun stuff. Miss ya! ~hugs~ See...didn't even bruise ya with that one! :tongue3:

You're right Daddy, just for my own pleasure and exercise. Ringfinder, I hunt a lot of old abandoned buildings or fresh tear downs. I know where there are a few old homesteads, but getting permission to hunt is tough. A couple of them are trusts and I still haven't found out who the executor is. And Cyn, I was braced 'cause I knew what was coming. Monty
