I need a little help with these two. Any input will be very appreciated thanks. I was thinking black bear on the jaw section and don't know about the second one other than a guess at snake or bird.

Bill on the jaw, is it from the same place or new place? It's kind of cool, seeing that the teeth are still IN the jaw. I probably would have freaked out for a second! Why would you be thinking black bear?

These look like small bird or another small animal. I found one similar but much smaller where I found some pottery a few months back.

The chewing surface on the molars seemed consistant with bear. And they are all remains of ancient meals. Thanks. The small skulls if that's what they are... are a very common artifact of native diets locally I just never I.D.ed. them or saw any documentation of them.

The three rough ones look like the breastplate of a crab, the jaw looks.. I dunno, I'm no expert but almost primate like.

Sorry bro, the jaw is pig. That means if this stuff was a Indian's meal, it was post-contact. That being said, the other things really do look like the tops of skulls from snakes...that's pretty cool. If these bones really were a meal, I'd say you did pretty well. :icon_thumright:
