sun flower fields

i live in ohio and found a great field with tons of flakes, just wanting to know when they usaully plow plow them, thanks.

Mostly in the Spring, & summer.

Right now some farmers here in PA are plowing. Maybe for winter wheat or clover. I am currently watching two areas...just need the rain.

I don't know when they would cut and or plow a sun flower field but I can tell you that I hunted one once...for about two minutes before I realized I was surrounded by more bees that I have ever seen before in my life and I went running and screaming from the field.
