have an Excalibur want to get a sun ray 12 inch a wot 15 inch or excelerator 14 or 16.5 . Need all the help I can get to weed this thru ..Not concerned abt weight or pinpointing capabilities I want deep and most sensitive. All suggestions and and help gladly accepted. Thanks

Is the Excal still under warranty, if so cutting cable voids the warranty.

I ordered a new 15" WOT for my new SOV GT I got in the mail today, give me a week to 10 days and I will let you know how it works on the beaches.

The Sunray 12 or Coiltek WOT 15 are both excellent coils. You can have Minelab put the coil on and add the waterproof connectors fro both. Let me know if you need help with your purchase.
