One Year and 2 Days...that's what it took. My first hunt was on 3/29/14. I hunted a 2:45pm Low Tide today and scored my first Gold Ring. FINALLY!!! Only hit 4 targets in 2 hours, but it was nice being able to get back in the water again as the seas were very calm.

Good Targets were: 1 Dime, 1 Toronto Transit Commission Token and the 5.2 Gram 10K White Gold Men's Ring:

This gold was unearthed by my Excal 1000 BBS Coil Dave.

The WOT unearthed quite a few coins today on LWB, but no rings...

If only it was pre 64 then we all be finding silver. Wheres the time machine? I have my hard case travel golf bag packed. And theres no clubs in there mate. Wheres a DeLorean when i need one. Sorry im sanded in.

Can you imagine going back in time to 1964 with a Deus for land hunting and a nicely-modded Excal for the salt? Of course, all this goes without saying that if you had the means to time travel, you probably would have a lot more to do than waste your time on detecting, right?
