Got in 3 hours at the park this afternoon and dug several keepers. A high 30s signal on the Equinox, just one-way, was a puzzler but out came this ring that really cleaned up nice. I think the maker's mark is Uncas, if so, this can be no earlier than 1911. No precious metal here and the 'stone' is glass but it has some fancy detailing.



In that same area I got a 1936 wheat,
and then, in a different spot, a hole produced not only this 1879 IHC,
but a second signal turned out to be a 'toasty' 1884 V-nickel. You can barely see Liberty's outline.
