Makes for a purdy pic sidevalve but that stuff scares me a little now. I was just back your way, Iowa, Wis and Minn and I had tennis ball-size hail do over $2400 worth of damage to my car. It started like regular hail then grew to golfball-size. Then it got even bigger!! It wasn't snowball hail either, it was solid iceballs. I think it would have killed a person if they were hit in the head.
Are you anywhere near Appleton? I have a cousin there that manufactures lifts for large bikes (Harleys). Lifts them with ease so they are safely up high and easy to work on. They gave me one that they make for riding lawnmowers when I was back there. They also have one for snowmobiles and are working on a jet ski lift.

Hello Packerbacker,
I was at a friends house in South Dakota and they pulled a hail stone out of the freezer that was the size of a baseball. I also saw a car while there that was dented from one end to the other. Even the windshied posts were dented. I would sure hate to be caught out in the open during a storm like that. I've lived in the Black River Falls area all my life. A lift sure is handy. I have one for my motorcycles but it not that good a quality.
