full luster in nice condition, possible minor die chips at top left of 2nd "a", and top outside right of "d", again at top of last "a". box also had AU-MS '92-P, 3 war nics, and the usual 13 new Canadian nickels.

Just FYI-

This is chrome plated steel, due to the war effort and demand for the nickel.

And if you look at the reverse, you can see the edge is composed of repeated ". . . _", morse code for V, as in "V for Victory!"

A true "war nickel"!
