This is something that can take a cherry pie to the next level for some and it is super easy. You take a package of cream cheese and blend it thoroughly with a cup of sugar and then mix it with a can of cherry pie filling. then simply put it in a pie crust, cover with more pie crust and bake at 375 for about 30 minutes. I'm not a cherry pie guy but I will eat this. I also do the same thing with apple pie and blueberry pie, disappears very fast. makes for a great change up, people think that it has to be hard to make but it ain't. Yeah, I love to cook and it shows LOL.
