I decided to sort some of last years clad so it can be taken to the bank. As I was removing the bent or broken or corroded coins from the pile I noticed a wheat cent in the pile. Low and behold I find a 1909 wheat cent I never knew I had found. My oldest wheat in 2014 was a 1911, so I thought. I wish I knew where I found it. I must have read the date incorrectly when it was dug. Since I had never dug 1909 wheat cent before I would have been really excited to have found it. Always check your clad finds prior to cashing them in you never know what you may find.
