Dear Forum: I never thought this would happen to me. Until now, I'd only read about it...
I got curious and went to my bank for a box of pennies. They told me they could only give me $15 worth, because of the coin shortage. There were six CWR's, all taped shut; the rest were machine-wrapped 2020-D rolls. I wasn't expecting to find any wheats, and I pulled less than a full roll's worth of coppers. But while going through the third roll, I spotted today's prize find:
My first Indian Head from roll hunting, and my oldest find so far.
This definitely happened when I least expected it. I was right about the wheats, though.
