I really miss my survival knife. About 7 years ago, some neighborhood thugs broke into my truck and stole my tools and also my knife. I've been on many missions (camp outs) with that thing strapped to my leg and it's a tool that you will learn that's is absolutely necessary when outdoors. I've been searching recently to try to replace it, and I"m finding that I might spend 100 to 200 dollars to replace it. That knife is the best utility that you can have on your side. Really. In fact, it even helped me to replace 2 water plugs on a chevy engine. It is truly the knife you want in the event of a post apocalypse world.

I'm also looking at the current ASEK version, but something about the one I had really has me wanting to replace it with the same one I had. Mine was the 1983 version.

//I loved that knife. You couldn't damage it if you wanted too.

edit: Sorry, it was the 1976 version._________________________________________________

Yup 100 to 200 dollars is about the going price on that knife. It is a great tool. :coffee2:
