Wow, there just about identical. Missed that thread. Mine has the stars as well but just on the clip ring.

I think "yes"... I've seen these identified as sword hangers someplace else...

Wow B! I didn't see all the detail on the chain itself, in the field I was just thinking it was a dog collar of some sort but it was still caked in mud then, maybe I should clean off some of the crap I found today?!? Very very cool! Who would have thought that old place would have given up something like that?
